Terms of use
Effective 12 May 2026 for visitors and clients of stunningradiant.ddd.
- Service nature. Deliverables include facilitation, written roadmaps, and related asynchronous updates. Outputs are planning aids, not professional health, legal, or financial advice.
- Eligibility. You confirm you are at least eighteen and have authority to bind any organisation you represent.
- Scheduling. Confirmed times are listed in Australian Eastern Standard Time or daylight saving time as applicable. Late arrivals shorten session length without automatic fee reductions.
- Payments and GST. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Access to drafts may pause if accounts exceed agreed terms. If we are registered for goods and services tax (GST), tax invoices will show GST; otherwise we will clarify pricing in writing.
- Intellectual property. We retain templates and methods; you receive a licence to use bespoke roadmap documents for internal planning. Public resale is not permitted without written approval.
- Confidentiality. Both parties agree to protect non-public information learned during sessions, subject to lawful disclosure duties.
- Acceptable use. Harassment, discriminatory conduct, or attempts to circumvent security will result in immediate termination of access.
- Liability cap. To the maximum extent permitted by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and other applicable Australian law, aggregate liability arising from these terms is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding the claim, except where limitation is prohibited.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland. Courts in Queensland hold non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules elsewhere grant you additional protections.
- Contact. Questions go to chat@stunningradiant.site or +61 7 5504 5933.
- Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified except as permitted by law. Read our Consumer rights summary and official ACCC guidance.
- Disputes. Follow the process at Complaints before commencing external proceedings, where the law allows.
